2.products advanage
1).The distance between frame legs is 1200mm, and hot perforated galvanized sheets are used to separate cage units, so that rearing cages are very firm. It is effective to keep more warm. C-shape legs are formed of hot-dip galvanized sheets, thus easy to clean up and also having a long life-span.
Cage nets use the hot galvanizing technology are resistant to corrosion.
2).The trolley feeding type can ensure uniform feeding. The hopper with a special regulating mechanism can regulate feed quantity according to the birds' age.
3). The inside of the trough made of hot galvanized sheets is fitted with an additional adjusting plate. When birds are small, birds gather for eating below the adjusting plate. With the age increasing, the adjusting plate gets down. And chickens gather for eating above the adjusting plate. There is a bird-stop line above the adjusting plate. Therefore, all the designs ensure that pullets can eat freely and avoid running away.
3).According to the characteristics of pullets, perforated galvanized sheets are used between cage groups. That is not only to keep warm but also increase air volume. 4 hot water pipes are placed below the cage bottom, thus realizing constant temperature. And the galvanized plates on two sides can also keep warm. Experiences have proven that the survival rate of pullets raising in this mode is higher and birds are more uniform.
4). Each cage is divided by a partition net into two cell cage. Each cell cage is fitted with a water pipe and four nipple drinkers. And the height can be adjusted freely, ensuring that each bird can drink sufficient water.
